Women (always) at Work, addresses woman's work in nomadic cultures throughout history. This ongoing exploration utilizes all local materials found within a thirty-mile radius of Zanesville, Ohio. The objects which have been created were inspired by traditional techniques with the principle of community. Many hands had a role in the making of this show, as would be prevalent in nomadic cultures around the world. The purpose of this making has been learning about the labors of women. They are always at work, as they still are today.
